At that volume the per-user rate stops being the interesting part of the conversation. Write to us and we will work it out.

The questions everyone asks

What counts as a monthly active user?

A distinct verified email that completed at least one login in the calendar month. Failed and abandoned attempts are not counted, and neither are repeat logins by the same person.

What happens if I go over on the free plan?

We get in touch before anything breaks. Nobody's sign-in button gets switched off because a launch went well.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. There is no timer and no card on file. If you never pass 100,000 monthly users you never pay anything.

Do you store my users' data?

We hold a short-lived session record — the email, the provider and the status — which expires ten minutes after it is created. Your user table stays yours.

Can I move off Login Broker later?

Yes, and it is unusually painless: you already own the verified email addresses. Register with the providers yourself and point your button at your own endpoint.

Which plan do I need for a client project?

Express is fine for most. Take Pro if you need custom OpenID Connect for their existing identity provider, or if their procurement people need someone to answer audit questions.

Five minutes from now this is done.
